Nada Herak is the registered Serbian and European patent and trademark attorney with more than 25 years of experience.

She drafts the patent texts, translates them and represents clients before the Serbian IP Office, EPO and WIPO.

Nada also gives expert opinions and makes patent management plans.

She is the member of the European Patent Practice Committee (EPPC).
